Student Registration Instructions
Step 1
Download to your computer the appropriate Candidate Application Form. To open the Candidate Application Form your computer must have a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader DC – Free Version.
Step 2
At the top of the application form click on ‘Add text’ and move the ‘Add text’ symbol to the Candidate Signature Line. Type the following, “Your Full Name – electronic signature”
Ex: John Smith – electronic signature
Step 3
Your application form must be submitted before the course is set to begin. Please email you application to us at leslie@fowlerfire.com
If you need to cancel and withdrawal from this course it must occur before the start of the class or student will be charged the entire cost of the course.
