Course Objective:
The objective of this 64-hour course is to teach instructors and trainers how to organize and teach a course effectively, using existing lesson plans and using the Four Step Instructional Model. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to plan instruction, using a variety of instructional methods; teach diverse learners; evaluate course outcomes; and address the critical issues of safety and the legal issues of training.

Instruction Methods:
Methods of instruction include lecture, discussion, virtual classroom exercises, case studies, audio/visual material, learner presentations/reports, observation, quizzes, final written and practical examination for eligible DPSST Certification.
Course Materials:
Includes handouts, quizzes, pre recorded video lectures.
