Course Objective:

The objective of this 40-hour course is to provide the student with training in company operations and administration that enhances the entry-level company officer training course.  Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to effectively manage IMS, human resources, community/public relations, fire department organization and administration, including budgets, reports, and planning; Pre- fire inspection, investigation, public education, and emergency service delivery; and safety.

Written and practical examinations for final IFSAC / Pro Board Certification.

Instruction Methods:

Study materials, in-person lecture instruction, students will demonstrate proficiency in the practical evolution skills, complete all required activities and homework assignments.

Course Materials:

Includes handouts, quizzes and class projects.
