Hazardous Technician

Course Objective

These classes deliver information that is relevant, current and immediately applicable to

emergency response on shore and/or on vessels. Certain topics or specific hazardous

materials can be emphasized if requested when the course is scheduled. These can include, but

are not limited to, ammonia emergency response, Freon leak response and/or oil spill response training.

Class Size:

10 students minimum; 25 students maximum.

 
Registration Instructions:

Step 1 – Download to your computer the NFPA Candidate Application Form. To open the Candidate Application Form your computer must have a PDF reader, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader DC – Free Version.

 

Step 2 – At the top of the application form click on ‘Add text’ and move the ‘Add text’ symbol to the Candidate Signature Line. Type the following, “Your Full Name – electronic signature” Ex: John Smith – electronic signature

 

Step 3 – Email completed application form to leslie@fowlerfire.com
