Course Objective:
The objective of this 30-hour course is to teach instructors and trainers how to organize and teach a course effectively, using existing lesson plans and using the Four Step Instructional Model. Upon successful completion of this course, the student will be able to plan instruction, using a variety of instructional methods; teach diverse learners; evaluate course outcomes; and address the critical issues of safety and the legal issues of training.
Written and practical examinations for final IFSAC/Pro Board Certification.

Instruction Methods:
Microsoft Teams virtual platform, students will demonstrate proficiency in the practical evolution skills, complete all required activities and homework assignments.
