Martin W Fowler, Executive Fire Officer with a Masters Degree in Public Administration is a 29-year veteran of the fire service. He is an IFSAC and Pro-Board certified level IV Fire Officer and serves as an Instructor with the Washington State Fire Academy, the NFA, and four Colleges. He is the Owner and President of Fowler Fire Education, an educational group that specializes in Fire Officer Development courses as well as entry level training. His customers have included all five branches of the armed forces. He has lectured nationally on such subjects as fire ground tactics for success, Fire Behavior and situation awareness. He is graduate of leadership at West Point. He is also a graduate of the Senior Executives in State and Local Government and Adaptive Leadership programs at the John F Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. Chief Fowler has also provided assessment centers for Company Officer and Chief Officer Promotions and appointments.
Jake Frame, Firefighter-Paramedic with a degree is Paramedicine is a 14-year veteran of the fire service. Before becoming a Career Firefighter-Paramedic with the City of Mukilteo Fire Department, he spent many years serving his communities as a volunteer Firefighter, Lieutenant, and Battalion Chief. He began instructing at the Washington State Fire Training Academy in 2011 and has been ever-present there ever since. Jake became passionate about Fire Service instruction while working in his leadership positions as a Volunteer Firefighter. Jake has a deep background in business, software, and operations and even worked with a team of people to create a software application that is being widely used in the Fire Service today. Since becoming a Career Firefighter-Paramedic, Jake has remained passionate about training and education and loves to share his knowledge and experience with those interested in becoming better at their craft.
