National Fire Academy Off-Campus Course: Decision Making for Initial Company Operations (DMICO)
This two-day course is designed to develop the decision making skills needed by Company Officers (CO’s) to accomplish assigned tactics at structure fires.
Student Qualifications (Primary and Secondary Audience):
It is important to understand that while the course material was developed for newly appointed officers or firefighters who may have acting CO responsibilities; it would also provide an excellent review for experienced officers.
